       Simple Present Tense
Active : S + V1 + Object
Passive : S + to be (am/are/is) + V3 + by + Object
Ex.

Present Continuous Tense
Active : S + to be (am/are/is) + V1-ing + Object

TENSES.
Tenses is a form of a verb used to show when a events, phenomena or action occur (the past, now, which will come). Tenses is the most fundamental thing we need to learn to make the sentence English better.
Here’s a summary of 16 Tenses :

Simple Present Tense
The form of time used to declare an act or activity which took place/happened/ at the present time in the form of simple, activities or work that is done repeatedly, daily habits, events or deeds that have nothing to do with time, and to express general truth.

Formula :
(+) S + V1/(V1+es) + Object/Adverb
Ex. I speak English everyday
      She Speaks English everyday.
(-)  S + Don’t/Doesn’t + V1 + Object/Adverb
Ex. I don’t speak English
      She doesn’t speak English.
(?)  Do/Does + S + V1 + Object/Adverb ?
Ex. Do you speak English ?
      Does she speak English ?

Present Continuous Tense
The form of the vers used to express action that is taking place now (present).

Formula :
(+)  S + be (am/is/are) + Present Participle
Ex. The ships are sailing
       He is smiling
(-)  S + be (am/is/are) + not + Present Participle
Ex. The ships are not sailing
       He is not smiling
(?)  be (am/is/are) + S + Present Participle ?
Ex. Are the ships sailing ?
       Is he smiling ?

Present Perfect Tense
A verb form used to express an action or situation that has started in the past and still continues until now or have been completed at a given point in time in the past but the effect still continues.

Formula :
(+) S + have/has + V3 +Object/Adverb
Ex. I have read the book
       He has left
(-)  S + have/has + not + V3 + Object/Adverb
Ex. I have not read the book
       He hasn’t left
(?)  Have/has + S + V3 + Object/Adverb ?
Ex. Have I read the book ?
      Has he left ?

Present Perfect Continuous Tense
One form of a verb used to declare action has been completed, one point in the past or action has started in the past and continues until now.

Formula :
(+) S + have/has + been + V1-ing/Present Participle
Ex. She has been driving
       The toddlers have been sleeping
(-) S + have/has + not + been + V1-ing/Present Participle
Ex. She has not been driving
       The toddlers haven’t been sleeping
(?) Have/has + S + been + V1-ing/ Present Participle ?
Ex. Has she been driving ?
       Have the toddlers been sleeping ?

Simple Past Tense
One form of a verb simple to show that one of the incident happened in the past.
Etc. The time of events (yesterday, last two days, last year) or periode time (for two months, for a day, for an hour) can be mentioned in specific.

Formula :
(+) S + V2 + Object/Adverb
Ex. The teacher came
(-) S + did + not + V1 + Object/Adverb
Ex. The teacher didn’t came
(?) Did + S + V1 + Object/Adverb
Ex. Did the teacher come ?

Past Continuous Tense
One form a verb used to declare that an action was happened at that specific time in the past. The action has started but not finished at the time.

Formula :
(+) S + be (was/were) + Present Participle (V-ing)
Ex. The team was running
       The workers were queuing
(-) S + be (was/were) + not + Present Participle (V-ing)
Ex. The team was not running
       The workers weren’t queuing
(?) be (was/were) + S + Present Participle (V-ing) ?
Ex. Was the team running ?
       Were the workers queuing ?

Past Perfect Tense
One form a verb used to declare that an action has been completed at one point in the then before the action of the other happened.

Formula :
(+) S + had + V3/ Past Participle
Ex. My brother had slept
(-) S + had + not + V3/ Past Participle
Ex. My brother hadn’t slept
(?) Had + S + V3/ Past Participle ?
Ex. Had my brother slept ?

Past Perfect Continuous
One form of a verb used to express a action (with a duration of certain time) has been completed at one point certain time in the past.

Formula :
(+) S + had + been + V1-ing/Present Participle
Ex. Lia had been walking
(-) S + had + not +  been + V1-ing/Present Participle
Ex. Lia had not been walking
(?) Had + S + been + V1-ing/Present Participle ?
Ex. Had lia been walking ?

The form a verb used to declare action would happened at that specific time in the future. The action has begun but not finished at the time.

A form of the verb used to express that an activity will have been completed at a point in time in the future.

Ex. The students will have come

A form of the verb used to express that an action will have lasted for so long on a specific point in time in the future.
